Order Changes & Exchanges
Please carefully review your order details, including size, design, and quantity, before confirming your purchase. Due to our efficient processing system, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for incorrect selections such as item type, size, or design.
If you notice an error, you have a 6-hour window from the time of order placement to cancel and reorder. For any questions before placing your order, please contact us. Your satisfaction is our top priority.
Canceling Orders
You can cancel your order within 6 hours of placement. Orders cannot be canceled after this period as they may already be processed or shipped. A 10% cancellation fee applies. To cancel, email us at [email protected].
Return Window
You have 30 days from the delivery date to return an item. After this period, orders are considered accepted, and refunds will not be issued.
Eligible Conditions for Returns
- Item arrived damaged or broken
- Design differs from what was ordered
- Size or material is incorrect
- Incorrect product delivered
- Description does not match the received item
Condition of Returned Items
- Must be in original condition and packaging
- Cannot have been worn, washed, or altered
- Defects must be due to our error
- Original tags must be intact
- Minor issues like stray threads are not eligible

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are not deducted from refunds.

Allow up to 2 business days for refund processing once we receive your returned item. You will be notified by email, and a full refund, including original shipping fees, will be issued.
